Booking Policies
 

Online Healing Session Reservations:

• Please make a booking by 5:00 PM two days prior to your desired date.

• Treatment fees require advance payment; please pay via the reservation page.

In-Person Healing Session Reservations:

​

• To book your session, submit your desired date and time via the reservation request form. We will check availability and contact you by email.

• Please submit your reservation request form by 5:00 PM three days prior to your desired date.

• After your schedule is confirmed, payment is required via advance online payment. Your reservation will be officially confirmed once payment is verified.

• Please note that if payment is not completed by the due date or if we are unable to contact you, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Important Notes and disclaimers:

• All of our sessions are for women only.

• Recording or audio recording during sessions is not permitted.

• Healing is not a medical procedure and is not intended to diagnose or treat physical or mental conditions.

• If you are currently receiving treatment, attending medical appointments, or taking medication (whether physical or mental), please consult your primary physician and make your own decision at your own responsibility.

• If you are pregnant, please refrain from sessions if you are feeling unwell.

• As pregnancy conditions and progression vary from person to person, please be sure to get permission from your doctor or midwife before booking, and do so at your own risk.

• We may use healing forks during the session. Please be sure to let us know in advance if you have any medical devices or metal objects inside your body that vibrate with sound (pacemakers, artificial joints, bolts, etc.), or if you have any bone fractures, injuries, serious heart disease, inflammatory diseases, or skin conditions.

• Please refrain from in-person healing sessions if you have an infectious disease or fever.

• If you are feeling extremely tired or unwell, or if you have just received other healing or energy work and are feeling very fatigued, we recommend that you first get plenty of sleep and rest before booking a session with us.

• Please refrain from drinking alcohol or consuming excessive stimulants (such as caffeine or sugar) before your healing session.

  The effects and sensations experienced after healing vary from person to person, and the time it takes to feel the effects also varies.

• Immediately after the session or for a certain period afterward, physical and emotional reactions such as fatigue, emotional fluctuations, or drowsiness may occur in various forms as part of the healing process. This is a natural part of energy adjustment and purification. However, since your energy sensitivity may be heightened after healing and your physical condition could change, please consult a medical professional if you have concerns.

• We will answer questions immediately after the session to the best of our ability. However, questions about the session content after a certain amount of time has passed may be difficult to answer accurately, as your energy state may have changed. The healing process continues even after the session. Please refer to the assessment provided, focus inward at your own pace, and consider scheduling another session if needed.

Regarding the possibility of session cancellation or interruption:

• If we determine that it is difficult to conduct a safe session due to poor health, drinking, or any other reason, we may be unable to accept the session or may have to cancel it. In such cases, please be aware that cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

• Please note that we may interrupt or cancel the session, or refuse to accept future reservations, if you behave in a way that lacks consideration for other clients or healers, or if your behavior could be perceived as a nuisance.

Handling of Personal Information:

• Personal information provided in advance and personal details shared during the session will be strictly managed in accordance with privacy and confidentiality guidelines.

• Personal information will be used as necessary to contact you regarding the session, such as confirming your reservation, making emergency contact on the day, and providing post-session information (surveys, review requests, etc.).

Regarding healing sessions for minors:

• Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent and parental supervision when attending a session.
