Booking Policies

Online Healing Session Reservations:

In-Person Healing Session Reservations:

To book your session, submit your desired date and time via the reservation request form. We will check availability and contact you by email.
Please submit your reservation request form by 5:00 PM three days prior to your desired date.
After your schedule is confirmed, payment is required via advance online payment. Your reservation will be officially confirmed once payment is verified.
Please note that if payment is not completed by the due date or if we are unable to contact you, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Important Notes and disclaimers:

All of our sessions are for women only.
- In-person sessions are limited to women to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- For online sessions, individuals of any gender or gender identity who honor their inner femininity are welcome to participate safely.
- Male minors (under 18) may participate in either in-person or online sessions if accompanied by a female guardian.
Healing is not a medical procedure and is not intended to diagnose or treat physical or mental conditions.
If you are currently receiving treatment, attending medical appointments, or taking medication (whether physical or mental), please consult your primary physician and make your own decision at your own responsibility.
If you are pregnant, please refrain from sessions if you are feeling unwell.
As pregnancy conditions and progression vary from person to person, please be sure to get permission from your doctor or midwife before booking, and do so at your own risk.

During Session Notes

Tuning forks may be used during the session.
If you use any medical devices or metals (e.g., pacemakers, artificial joints), or have conditions such as fractures, injuries, severe heart disease, inflammatory diseases, or skin conditions, please be sure to inform us in advance.
If you have an infectious illness or a fever, please refrain from attending in-person healing sessions.
If you are physically or mentally overly fatigued, feeling unwell, or have recently received other healing or energy work, we recommend taking sufficient rest and sleep before scheduling your session.
Please avoid alcohol and excessive stimulants (such as caffeine or sugar) before the session.

After Session Notes:

The effects and sensations experienced after a healing session can vary from person to person.
Some individuals may notice temporary responses such as physical or emotional fatigue, mood fluctuations, or drowsiness.
- This is a natural part of energy adjustment and purification.
As your energy may become more sensitive after the session, changes in your physical condition may occur.
- If you have any concerns about your health, we recommend consulting a medical professional promptly.
We will do our best to answer any questions you have immediately after the session.
- Inquiries sent via email after some time has passed may not be answerable, as your energy state may have changed.
The healing process continues even after the session. Please use the guidance provided during the session as a reference, proceed at your own pace, and consider follow-up sessions as needed.

Regarding the possibility of session cancellation or interruption:

If we determine that it is difficult to conduct a safe session due to poor health, drinking, or any other reason, we may be unable to accept the session or may have to cancel it. In such cases, please be aware that cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Please note that we may interrupt or cancel the session, or refuse to accept future reservations, if you behave in a way that lacks consideration for other clients or healers, or if your behavior could be perceived as a nuisance.

Handling of Personal Information:

Personal information provided in advance and personal details shared during the session will be strictly managed in accordance with privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
Personal information will be used as necessary to contact you regarding the session, such as confirming your reservation, making emergency contact on the day, and providing post-session information (surveys, review requests, etc.).

Regarding healing sessions for minors:

Anyone under 18 must have parental consent and be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the session.
Further details will be provided by email after your reservation.

- To cancel your booking, please contact us by 5:00 PM, three days prior to your appointment.

Cancellation fees:

Regarding Lateness:

If you contact us in advance :
- Even if you contact us in advance, we cannot extend the session time or issue a refund.
- Please understand that sessions must proceed as scheduled due to other bookings.
If you do not contact us in advance :
- If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, we may not be able to start the session.
- In that case, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and no refund will be issued. Please keep this in mind.

Other Notes:

If you need to cancel on the day of the appointment due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness, etc.), please notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled time.
If we need to cancel the session due to our own circumstances, no cancellation fee will be charged.
No cancellation fee will be charged in case of natural disasters or severe weather conditions that make travel difficult.
In the case of no-shows or late arrivals, we may refuse future bookings. Please be sure to contact us in advance if you need to cancel or are running late.
